Products in yellow glass wool felt |
Products in yellow glass wool felt
These types of products are obtained from bio-soluble glass wool felts
made of at least 80% recycled glass, and a new generation thermosetting
resin, which combines organic and vegetable components, minimising the
emission in the air of polluting substances such as formaldehyde and
other volatile organic compounds. Depending on specific requirements,
they can be coated on one or both sides with smooth aluminium or
aluminium mesh, white or black glass cloth, glass veil and other
materials on request. They are extremely water-repellent, elastic and
easy to handle and they also cannot decompose. They are chemically
inert, resistant to bagging and are totally resistant to mould. Thanks
to their characteristics, they can withstand considerable temperature
changes. These products enjoy long-term stability in the foreseen
conditions of use. They can be supplied with densities ranging from 15
to 60 kg/m3, depending on thickness and design, in order to obtain a
product with correct resistance to handling. Thicknesses can vary from
15 to 40 mm. They are mainly used as heat insulation in the mass
production of equipment mainly for domestic use (built-in ovens –
kitchens).

Products in needled felt - DAP Needled Felt A |
Products in needled felt - DAP Needled Felt A
Products made with DAP Needled Felt A comprise long rock wool fibres
woven together by mechanical needling on both sides. This process makes
the material extremely compact. These products feature stable dimensions
and high heat resistance. Moreover, they do not contain binding resins
and can be supplied die-cut, according to customer specifications,
without a support or attached to a sheet of aluminium or other coverings
on request on one or both sides. They are mainly used for heat
insulation in the electrical appliance industry thanks to their elevated
resistance to high temperatures and their total non-combustibility. They
are particularly suitable for reaching or exceeding Class A energy
standards in the insulation of traditional or ventilated electric or gas
ovens.
Products made from DAP Needled Felt A can be supplied with densities
ranging from 60 to 130 kg/m3, depending on thickness and design, in
order to obtain a product with correct resistance to handling.
Thicknesses can vary from 12 to 40 mm.

Products in needled
white glass wool felt |
Products in needled white glass wool felt
These product types are made from binder-free, white fibreglass felts.
Their high density is assured by an effective mechanical needling system
while glass filaments assure high thermal performance. Depending on
specific requirements, they can be coated on one or both sides with
smooth aluminium or aluminium mesh, white or black glass cloth, glass
veil and other materials on request.
Products made from needled felt are flexible, compact and have a very
low level of dust emission; these features made them easier and more
comfortable to handle. They guarantee constant performance over time
thanks to their totally inorganic origin. They are especially made to
withstand considerable temperature changes.
They can be supplied with densities ranging from 60 to 180 kg/m3,
depending on thickness and design, in order to obtain a product with
correct resistance to handling. Thicknesses can vary from 6 to 40 mm.
They are mainly used as heat insulation in the production of domestic
and industrial ovens, as lagging for cisterns and tanks, as heat and
sound insulation for exhaust pipes, and for other industrial purposes.

Products in Ecoblanc white glass wool felt |
Products in Ecoblanc white glass wool felt
Ecoblanc type white glass wool felts are made using white glass wool
treated with special phosphoric mineral binder, which ensures compliance
with the most stringent regulations on the emission of formaldehyde, and
which, in addition to excellent thermal-sound insulation, also provides
excellent electrical insulation. Depending on specific requirements,
they can be coated on one or both sides with smooth aluminium or
aluminium mesh, white or black glass cloth, glass veil and other
materials on request. Products made from Ecoblanc felt enjoy long-term
performance thanks to their completely inorganic origin. They can
withstand considerable temperature changes. They also cannot decompose
and are totally resistant to mould and bacteria. They can be supplied
with densities ranging from 30 to 40 kg/m3, depending on thickness and
design, in order to obtain a product with correct resistance to
handling. Thicknesses can vary from 20 to 40 mm. These products are
mainly used for heat insulation in the mass production of equipment,
generally for domestic use (built-in ovens – kitchens).

Products in Ecoblanc Plus VV white glass wool felt |
Products in Ecoblanc Plus VV white glass wool felt
Ecoblanc Plus VV type white glass wool felts are made using white glass
wool treated with special phosphoric mineral binder, which ensures
compliance with the most stringent regulations on the emission of
formaldehyde, and which, in addition to excellent thermal-sound
insulation, also provides excellent electrical insulation. The products
feature a special strengthened longitudinal glass veil support -
containing glass fibre - with suitable rigidity and resistance to manual
or automatic handling. The support also has outstanding anti-dust
characteristics and it does not conduct electricity. These products are
mainly used for heat insulation in the mass production of equipment,
generally for domestic use (built-in ovens – kitchens). They guarantee
constant performance over time thanks to their totally inorganic origin.
They can withstand considerable temperature changes. They cannot
